I know.. it's been a long long time but I assure you I am not dead. 
Just a lot of boring non-unreal real life stuff. I created this mod for a special 4th of 
July event on GateWays and it has become so popular that every time I take it off the 
server the players tell me to bring it back on. They do not want this weapon to be an 
event exclusive so for the time being I have left it running on the GateWays server.

About the Hyper Flakker Fireworks Cannon...
So what is this mod exactly? Well, glad you asked! This is a modified version of the Hyper 
Flaker but with a much higher likelihood of killing yourself. This weapon is very 
OVERPOWERED. Primary fire an X shaped barrage of red white and blue death rockets that 
explode the s*** out of everything they touch (including you.) Alternate fire launches a 
cluster of mortar shells that bounce around and explode on touch like or after some time 
when they settle down and explode themselves out of sheer boredom. You can bounce these 
around corners or cover a path and use them like land mines. 
So if you're looking for overwhelming power and a higher risk of killing yourself by mistake reach for this weapon!

BUGS Known Issues...
Many. Okay maybe not that many it is a functional weapon but there are some known issues 
such as when mortar shells never explode. The mortar shells will just stick around forever 
until something touches it causing it to explode. You can kind of use this bug/feature to 
your advantage and have yourself some permanent land mines. Light crashes. Unreal HATES 
light sources particularly from what I've seen is when tons of them are in one area or 
illuminating a large area or a surface with complex geometry.This can happen when you 
launch tons of these in an open area or at a surface with bad/complex geometry and you're 
looking at it when it explodes. Instead of causing some weird rendering error unreal 
thought it would be way more cool to crash your game instantly. Awesome! Considering this 
is an issue that can be cause by literally ANYTHING that emits light in the game I'm going 
to chalk the issue up as not my fault and blame epic games for quite frankly I'm the most 
amazing and not to mention handsome developer in the known universe selected to fight in a 
grand tournament.. what was I talking about? Oh yes! Light crashes. They suck. I could 
have removed all the lights from everything but they look cool when it explodes so I made 
the light radius smaller to reduce the likelihood of crashing your game. If it is really 
bad you might gain some stability by switching video drivers or turning off dynamic lighting.

Closing remarks...
You're still here? I thought for sure you would have just unzipped everything got what you 
needed and be gone. I had a lot of fun making this mod and I used real footage of a 
fireworks show I recorded years ago for the graphics. If someone wants to be really cool 
they could skin this gun red white and blue or something make it shiny. Make it look like 
a shiny Captain America? I was playing around with the idea of making a whole pack of 
firework themed weapons because I have an unhealthy obsession with blowing fireworks up :D 
Bottle rocket enforcer! Roman candle ASMD! Fountain bio rifle? Anyhow I'm still alive and I
